Factionwide Landmark Effects: Peter Von Stolpe

Description
This is a companion mod with Peter Von Stolpe: Count of Leicheberg to give the same landmark patterns that my Factionwide Landmark Effects mod does to the buildings introduced in the mod.

List of Specific Changes
  • The Great Temple of Morr in Castle Templehof has been combined with The Empire's worship chain.
  • Sylvania can't build the regular Empire Academy building in Castle Drakenhof.
  • The Templehof College of Light has had its provincewide effects become factionwide but halved in magnitude.
