Even though it's a cosmetic for Pyro, can I attach it to the Scout too?

MidnightChord, It was someone who uploaded some TF2 models and cosmetics at the time, like the "Night of the Living update", among others, but mysteriously deleted/privatized (no idea) everything I had, even though a few things could save yourself
