Psionics Through Sacrifice Vanilla

Description
Lets you craft a Psylink Neuroformer from human sacrifice. Now without eltex so you can run this without Psycasts expanded, instead it takes 5 hearts at the crafting spot.

I justify this fork that doesn't use eltex as needing a lot more than just one human soul to become a psionic.

Compatibility: This adds a single recipe to a crafting spot and overwrites nothing. This will never cause issues with any mod on the Workshop unless Tynan changes the defname of the neuroformer or hearts.

The UI in the screenshot is still Dubs Mint Menu's. I only remembered how bad Vanilla's UI was when testing this mod since I fully cleared my modlist just to test it. Go check out Dubs mods.

Since this mod has been reported working in 1.5 I added it to the No Version Warning-mod

Now this is interesting, Think ill edit it to make it take 10 hearts and 2 eltex(recycle cloths/weapons to aquire) than modify the torture mod to give me a heart on Rip out heart. Nothing unbalanced since I'd never sell them, you could say those souls are priceless.

Now "all" we need is a ritual to sacrifice X prisoners depending on the psylink level of initiator to give a psy link! Imagine having to capture and keep alive 50 pawn at the later levels.

Hmm, or a no cool down short ritual that gives you an item "soul" that can be used in a ritual to give psylink... multiple needed depending on psylink level

But since I am lazy and wont be trying to make custom rituals let alone recipies and simple items Ill happily use your mod with a few rimsqol changes(or actual xml edits) to give me the heart eating super evil tribals I've been unable to create. this will be fun (now back to my super good guy 2 ice fairy arctic mountain research world, the mechanoid ice age won't stop itself)

Yeah, I still need to learn item categories and item tags since raiders keep showing up with new weapons that I marked as transcendent on one of my local mods.

i'm pretty sure you'd have to add a item category to use gear interchangably in a crafting recipe, or with more cursed alternative XML fuckery it might be possible to make eltex gear into its own stuff category only used for the single recipe ("stuff" as in leathery, stoney, woody, usw. used to make any other item made with an ingredient pool)

I'd have to look up the Def name for each eltex gear and figure out a method to have one recipe that can use just one of any of them, otherwise it would end up with an identical recipe for each eltex gear and that would clutter the crafting menu.

Fantastic work. Thank you very much for adding this. I still think that it should require one piece of Eltex Gear, just to make it a little more challenging.
