Dovska's and Thundershield Multiplayer Overhaul Developments, or DATMOD, is a multiplayer balance mod designed for large (10+) groups. It greatly reduces the power of player vassals, adds a refined fracture empire casus belli (credit to hex: IBS for the original), and a new murder game rule that allows murders, but restricts them so they don't overwhelm the game.
