Description

Replaces all Safe Room tracks with a 30-seconds cut of White Noiz from the Original Silent Hill 2 Soundtrack.
The loop starts at 0:27 of the attached video.

Due to the nature of the sound engine and the file itself, there may be a split second of silence in-between loops.
I managed to fix the silence issue. However, in turn, the loop became slightly odd and the sound engine is pitching the song down, for some reason. I'll see what I can do when I'm not feeling like burning this game down lol
I finally understand it. I am enlightened.
