DD - Swimming Traits

Description
Add some traits boosting swiming speed. Since the swimming kit mod doesnt add any per say, i though that it would be a good idea to add some.

Yea i need to crop, and update those screenshots.

But for that skill, you need a amazing mod named RimJob World. I do recommend it, it add some extra stuff to the game that can sometime be an extra challenge. But again it is a PG18 mod, so yea.
