You are the coordinator of a revolutionary movement, with its origins in the capital of the country. This won't be easy...
MAKE SURE TO READ EVERYTHING. DON'T BE CLUELESS LIKE PRAVUS.
Due to the Counter-revolutionaries controlling majority of the zones throughout the game, reputation is irrelevant, and so you are given the maximum amount of it at the beginning.

Thanks! I am not really dedicated enough to add it but if I decide to make another scenario I will keep it in mind. :skull_happy:

It's the Rogue Outpost structure. I'd just add it in the mountains to the top-right.

Very good scenario, I would suggest adding a peace option once revolutionaries are wiped out. I believe there's a structure that prevents peace but it looks like you simply shadow added the splintered insurgents modifier. After the scenario was done I just spent 5 years maxing out my support trees. I do really like how you changed the trees just enough to keep it fresh while still having common tactics function.
