Disable Port Storage

Description
Ports no longer act as storage centers. Requires Blue Mars. I haven't tried a playthrough with this myself, but I've seen others claim it's better for logistics. I'd be curious to hear how players find it.

I was looking for something like this. There's no reason for ports to have their own storage when they can just be connected to proper storage centers, and you have to rebuilt ports several times so turning off their storage every time is a real pain.
