Info: You'll start in the USA and be noticed instantly! The entire game will be a race against the cure. However due to the biological attacks on the United States, not only has medical funding been cut in half, but air and seaports in the US have been closed. Countries will also mobilizie counter bio-terrorism measures. This not only closes all borders, but decreases infectivity noticeably. This makes spread much slower and not as exponential as most games, lethality is also decreased but very slightly. This can slow you down, and even cause you to lose if not prepared. Abilities will be very important! I lowered genetic reshuffle costs for that reason. Some symptoms can also act as a genetic reshuffle, and certain pathways can slow cure progress significantly .
