@JACKRAY Follow these step bro
1. Subscribe this and enter game then wait until add-on finish downloaded
2. Quit game and go to folder that you install your Left 4 Dead 2 ( Steam/steamapps/common/Left4Dead2/left4dead2/addons/workshop ) Find VPK of this add-on and move to folder left4dead2/addons.
