Old Cement Plant

Description
Big Cement Plant wich employs 80 workers producing 175 tons of cement (historical data) out of gravel, coal and also water. It provides two dedicated connections for water and electricity, plus 2 convoyer links, and one dry bulk convoyer out.

It comes up with a railway allow-pass connection wich in combination with the internal cement silos of 1500 tons of capacity, makes it ready for direct exportation via trains. Also there is two vehicle stations as auxiliary.

Little story-roleplay:

Roughly inspired by a cement plant built in year 1924 in northern Spain wich had a modern, for the time, rotary kiln of 50 metres and 3 metres diameter. It used originally a wet process technique, needing therefore plenty of water to clean the aggregates (limestone, clay and slates transported by a cableway from a local quarry) before using the rotary furnace.
The plant still exists today as a massive facility but probably nothing of the first plant remains.

@pavel.snabl Ok I will increase x4 the loading factor, I thought in my tests the default value for bulk was faster enough but after testing more it can be quite slow for big train sets.
Problem: this will almost double the power consumption when loading the train, but for that comes handy the external power connection it was already provided ;)

@RobinhoodtheFletchling I really wanted to make it work with a cableway but resulted impossible. May be in the future when building footprints can be different to a square, the modular building you propose it can be implemented in a separate version: so there can be an internal convoyer link between the fake unload cableway station and building itself...

But there is another big problem, cableways in game are really slow, although the weight-load of cabins is historical (1 Ton, the very same as this plant used) the speed for ingame "workdays" is not, so plant won't be able to be feed and to produce at a reasonable level

Hi, I like your building. But there is one thing that bothers me and this is slow train loading compared to the dry bulk loading station. I have the same problem with other mods - some factories with embedded rails. I found out that there are basically two loading rates - one, slow, used for the train cargo station and your mod as well, and the other one, fast, that is used by specialised loading station. I imagine it like this: at the cargo station, someone, or the forklift, brings the bags with the cement and loads it; it takes time. On the other hand, at the dry bulk loading station the pipe fills the vagons which is faster. But there is even a pipe in your model so the faster speed would seem reasonable. Is it possible to change it somehow? Thanks :-)
