Herja Retrofitted HR2

Description
[Patched for 1.0]
Hejra was recently retrofitted for higher depths with heavier guns, more diving suits, some automatic systems, batteries, periscope, medfab and pumps. Engines set up for speedy chase. Also has cozy berthing.

Changes are the following:
+ 4 diving suit lockers;
+ 2 batteries;
+ medfab;
+ periscope to control two searchlights;
+ 2 crate shelfs (12 crates now);
+ 1 railgun shell rack if you want to mount railgun at the bottom specially for abyss monsters;
+ docking port at the bottom for docking to wrecks/pirates;

Also:
airlock closes if nobody is around, pump activates only if it makes sense;
patented smart autodoors -- opens and closes automatically, lets you close/open it if you want while standing near, auto-opening is disabled when water, fire or monsters are nearby;
redefined duct blocks for more flood control, gunnery rooms now can be autodrained, duct opens only if the hull below doesn't flooded to prevent flooding upward;
if nobody is around, diving suit lockers shuts the power off after ~2 minutes for energy saving, this time is enough for filling the oxygen tanks;
oxygen generator has a switch to activate power saving mode now;
battery charging station has a switch now and moved to the airlock access room;
linked lockers to fabs;
a bit rearranged rooms and ladders;
revamped guns, changed layout and periscopes (now this railgun at the top is not alone anymore);
docking ports protected with extra hatch to battle with raptors, also provide help with flood and repair;
reactor controller patched for game version 1.0, if batteries are on it works smoother, also allows you to turn the reactor off/on from the nav terminal;
renamed some hulls;
engines set up for speedy chase - 21 km/h, power consumption slightly increased;
a bit more tranquil lights.

Buttons and switches has tooltips (I don't like to clutter the walls with labels).
The sub persist its vanilla feel.

Also has cozy berthing (with secret ofc).
I hope some players finds this useful.

PS: so with energy saving the sub consumes 330 kw while standing still.
