"We'd rather shoot this ammo than carry it around!"

The German Army grenadier* sergeant (supremely voiced by Kai Wulff, aka every other German soldier in gaming) as featured in Company of Heroes. 570+ lines with an applied radio effect.
*in XCOM "grenadier" is a specific class, but in COH and historically it was the title for all German infantry in late WW2.

Recommended nationality: Germany

All voice lines are the property of THQ/Sega.
