CS:S Is required. (Also prob ep1 and ep2 but I am unsure.)

A small map for posing, building, NPC battles or anything else you want.
Map name: gm_apartments

A small apartment block somewhere in Serbia that has been abandoned, lights still seem to be working though.
The reason for why the place is abandoned is unknown, but maybe you'll find out?
