Description
Tired of managing the pack animals? Do you want to travel faster? Here is the industrial-age solution: C A R S!

An add-on for Steel Torrent mod. At current moment this add-on adds only one car - a pickup truck for non-combat use. Can be built after researching the Machining and takes only some steel and industrial (non-spacer) components, so you will be able to use is as soon as you have machining and chemfuel. Later i'll add some more.

i was wondering if a van could be the next vehicle because they carry more but are slower(i beleve)

Yes, it works perfectly fine on 1.4.

@Nacek They make no noise on my end? In fact, no vehicle using Steel Torrent makes any sound (apart from gunshots) in my game.

Is there a way to lower the noise of those cars. While I find this mod useful Im highly annoyed because of constant noise

Sean, but Elephant is best land vehicle for following reason:

1. No repair. Elephant heal self.
2. Reproduce. Boy elephant + girl elephant = more elephant
3. Eat grass. No chemfuel cost
4. Can melee invader
5. Cute animal

(Yes, I actually know proper English- I'm the son of an English major. I was intentionally going for "broken English" diction.)

This fixed the whole "we know what is spaceship but elephant best land travel vehicle" thing rimworld has. Road trip time
