puppet resources(compatible new resources added by other mods)

Description
I don't understand why I have to spend a factory to buy resources from my puppets.
If I've colonized them they should be my colony.
This mod can help you get resources right away from your puppets.
There is a button at the top left corner of the state view menu, this button is for the resource rights.
Click it!(or CTRL + A) Clicking it will give you the resource rights of that state.
Click it(or CTRL + A) again to remove it and to give the state resources back!
ctrl + p will get all the resources your puppet have
Any bugs found or ideas for the mod can be posted.
Only applicable to provinces with vanilla resources
(my English isn't that good, I wish you can understand my describe......)

This mod cannot compatible with KR for now

For new resources added by other mods, you can use ctrl+a to get resource rights, and then use ctrl+s to remove rights,you also can use ctrl + p to get all the resources your puppet have

I hope someday, you can do some real cheat mod : steal resource of whole countries ! (no matter if allies or not) not just puppets :p just like Peace Conference where you get concessions for x years on mineral&oil resource, but without a war.

(while I can use toolpack mod to delete resource, the countries still trade resource with countries who lost their resource (and when I reload, they still got their resource too), I can add those resource to my country but it isn't automated like that mod for puppets)

I would find it fun to have AI countries (in Millenium Dawn or vanilla or others mods) to buy my resource which were theirs !

next update (as a cheat) : steal resource of not puppets countries without war xD (like stealing all South America resource then selling those to them -and building infrastructure to benefit from more resource)
