CIWS radar/manual controller

Description
Spaghetti logic + sleep deprivation = a whole CIWS tracker equipped with a radar and manual control

Hey you, do you want a god awful tracking software that can easily track anything, Yes, well you're at the right place!

Connect everything how it should (pretty simple just look at it, read it a little, hope for the best, just like i did while making this)

It tracks just fine using Radar (might need to nudge it to the right direction in manual, also can track random things (dont ask me how or why))

"track random things (dont ask me how or why)" is because radars detect objects like crates and barrels and stuff
