UA - No More Bad Guys: Units have a +35% Combat Bonus against civs with more cities. Units always fight as if they were at full strength.

UB1 - Castle of Judgement: Replaces the Castle. It is more costly to produce, but provides greater defense and health, and also boosts melee and gunpowder unit production by 20%.

UB2 - Hideout: Replaces the Constabulary. In addition to its espionage-hampering effects, it provides a slight defensive bonus to the city that it was built in, and provides units produced in the city it was built in with +15 Experience.

Mustache Girl is a good civ for 'come from behind' strategies. Though she may not have a unique unit, she has two unique buildings that are both great for making her units stronger and keeping her cities safe.
