Crasher Ported Back

Description
Porting Kiruka's Crasher class to work without LWOTC. Since her version doesn't require Jane Kelly Starting Soldier as a hard requirement, I've updated this version to appear as normal. If you want to revert that behavior, you can update the lines at the top of XComClassData.ini.

Credit to Kiruka for creating the class, as well as the original Jane Kelly mods, and Tiaz for helping swap the abilities.

EDIT: found what was conflicting. UNSUBSCRIBE original LWOTC mod or turn it off.

Or does it conflict with Proficiency Class Plugin: Jane Kelly (Xcom leader class)?

Does this mod conflicts with Proficiency classes? Because it does not load 3/4 of the skills and only skill at it shows on first promotion is SALVO.
NOTE: i have all mods listed turned on.
