Craftable Crafting & Buff Stations

Description
Adds some crafting recipes for uncraftable crafting and buff stations.
Currently supported crafting stations are:
The Hellforge, Tinkerer's Workshop, Alchemy Table, Imbuing Station, Dye Vat, Crystal Ball, Autohammer, Ancient Manipulator, Blend-O-Matic, Meat Grinder, Bone Welder, Honey Dispenser, Ice Machine, Living Loom, Sky Mill, Solidifier, Decay Chamber, Flesh Cloning Vat, Steampunk Boiler, Lihzahrd Furnace, Demon Altar and Crimson Altar

Currently supported buff stations are:
The Sharpening Station, Ammo Box, Crystal Ball and Bewitching Table

the option to disable the buffs stations recipes doesn't seem to work properly, mine is disabled and the recipes are still accessible. I tried restarting tmod but it doesn't solve the issue... :(

I've made it so that people who have installed the mod can view recipes added in this mod, via the mod list version of the description.

No, I mean the ingredients.
It would be great if you added an image with all the crafting recipees, would make your mod stand out a little better

Most of them just use an anvil or a hardmode anvil, with some exceptions, if that's what you were asking
