Description
This is a Announcement System for Server Admins, you can easy contact your users!

If you want to change the UserGroup who can announce, you must extract the Addon gmpublisher[gmpublisher.download] and edit the Config File.

The Open Command is /announce

Should add a time slider to determine how long it will stay on the users screen say maybe the max is 10s but there is a slider that allows between 1 and 10 seconds for the announcement to stay.
