Progenitor Vassal Opinion Fix

Description
Fix for Progenitor Hives that adds a +2000 opinion modifier between Hive empires that 1) have Progenitor Hive origin and 2) share the same (sub)species as another Progenitor Hive. This does not require a vassal relationship, but it will greatly benefit agreement acceptance for the overlord, and monthly loyalty from opinion.

This mod does not overwrite anything.
