Description
A 50 ton medium battlemech, the Trebuchet first appeared in 2780, designed from the get go as a fire support unit. The Trebuchet was designed to operate as part of a lance instead of functioning as a stand-alone model. To accomplish this mission the Trebuchet 7M model is equipped with the following:

Armament:
3x Medium lasers, two in the right arm and one in the left.
2x lrm15s spread across the right torso and left arm. (actually lrm 24 and 20)
1x Narc, located in the left torso
Equipped with defensive chaff and flares
Speed: 86.4 km/h (24 m/s)
Cost: 61k materials
