Remove Filibuster Rhymes Military Vehicles -- hmmv / m151 / m35a2

Description
Removes some filibuster military vehicles from spawning: HMMV, m151, and m35a2 for those using KI5's vehicle mods.

May not remove those vehicles in "vehicle scenes".

hey, thanks for this; good stuff. mind making another version that removes all of the vehicles other than the two RVs? i'd do it myself but i have no clue how
