UWE - Bonedog Backpack Patch

Beskrivelse
Make all (bone)dogs added by UWE able to equip the special Bonedog Backpack made by Mogwai.

Additional changes:
+ Tweaked availability (Max 8%) to not make it the obvious best alternative.
+ Bonecats can use them too.
+ Renamed 'Bonedog Backpack' to 'Bonedog Combat Backpack' to avoid mistaking it with the regular bonedog backpack.

Load Order
- 0_Dog_Backpack.mod
- Universal Wasteland Expansion.mod
- This patch

Credits to Mogwai, autor of Bonedog Backpack, the coolest dog backpack ever made; and TreadLightly77, autor of "Universal Wasteland Expansion", more than an Overhaul, a work of art, love and dedication.

@Timid_Dragon. I can't. My patches are up for anybody who still use their mods, but I don't have them neither I know where you can get them

mogwai appears to have taken down all of their steam workshop items. can you provide a link to where to find the required mod or no?
