The new colours are to give you the ability to assign different colors to each of your Admins so your Players can distinguish who they are interacting with.

the admin gear looks amazing, nice and simple and easy to identify, would it be ok to use this for my server? potentially with a dark red owner jacket?

I have messed around with ghillies and they are quite hard to retexture. Maybe once i decide to get Photoshop instead of GIMP.
