Overpopulation

Description
The year is 2090, overpopulation has become problem since 2040 when a deadly plague stroke the world. It was by far the most unpredictable and lethal disease mankind would ever fight. By the time it was cured, there were only 1.750.000.000 in the world.

Survivors new they couldn't repopulate Earth with those numbers, when about 30% of the original population was already re-established, a unknow massive growth in female/male fertility boosted about 5x the original 7 billion, making massive Overpopulation.

The Earth was fully rebuilt, but it didn't have that much space, as you can probably already especulate, more people = faster critical mass, but doctors and scients will not make the same mistake they did earlier again, now, they're ready for whatever disease strikes back

[There is not much to change about symptons, transmissions, etc, as the main thing about this scenario is the population, so there will not be that many custom traits.]

[NOTE: If you see any custom traits that dont have caps on the first letter, its the editor being weird. I put caps on everything]

Symptons Tree Colours:
Red: Very Minor
Green: Minor
Yellow:Medium
Orange: Severe
Necroa Virus Red: Very Severe
Black/Vampire Trait: Extremely Severe
{All in Lethality/Severity/Infectivity terms}

Overpopulation is a myth to justify lack of good logistics and the supposed 'inevitable' exploitation of the third world.
