Correction, after further testing I've figured it out. The mod maker almost definitely made this and the other mod when the old version of 10 years later was the main version, it only works properly with that one.

So, yeah, if you wanna use this with 10 years later, you will need to use the old version

After extensive testing I can confirm this mod and the other counterpart the uploder has made is broken.

does any one have issue with cars spawning the wrong way on roads there all sideways

is this safe to add to current saves ?

Am I reading correctly that this spawns all vehicles as wrecks?

This is great for the style I am running right now. 10 years later + The landscape can reach a point where roads are no longer viable for use. Trees now grow everywhere including roads. Only main stretch highways are slightly overgrown with trees you could drive around slowly to navigate. Even if you could you couldn't. As after 10 years all the gas has gone bad.
It has been an intense play through. As having a car is a huge upgrade in the game. That is off the table.

do you think you would do with modded cars?

only what version? is it only the crashed cars texture change>?
