Needlefish Speed

Description
This is a mod to increase the speed of the needlefish. It seems to hit around 200+ on calm seas, however I didnt do any extensive testing. If there are any suggestions you have to make it better please let me know!

note: This also affects the AI needlefish..., so they are basically impossible to kill now
