DayZ Expansion Quets introduce to the game as the title says Quests you can configure for your server.

if combined with DayZ Expansion AI:
- NPC AI can now give you quests

if combined with Expansion Hardline:
- Reward Humanity for your quests

if combined with Expansion Groups:
- Ability to share quests between members of your group.

if combined with Expansion Book:
- A new Book tab will be added to help you keep track of your active quests
