Walterul: You just have to click on the button that says subscribe and it will download and install automatically

The names of the Portuguese teams are still not correct
The efapel Team is no longer the same, Efapel is the new Portuguese team
Glassdrive is the former Efapel that has Rafael Reis and Mauricio Moreira
