No Mixed-Sex Units

I find it ridiculous to plop female heads onto otherwise male bodies and think "hurr durr this is now a woman."

This mod fixes that problem. There are no more mixed-sex units.

For Cathayan Dragon Guard and Jade Warriors, and Kislevite Akshinas, this mod uses all the available helmet variants while giving them all male faces, so there isn't a noticeable decrease in variety.

Also removes the ridiculous female head variants from the clearly male Marienburg Land Ship captains.

Please note that this mod does not change any all-female units, such as Nan-Gau Warriors or Ice Guard.

A: No - they do not affect Kislev and they do not preserve helmet variety for Cathay.
