VTOL lift off sequence:

1. Turn autotrim off
2. Sync all lift fans by setting ChA to 10-15% for a at least 8 seconds.
3. Ramp up ChA to 75% to lift off, maintain level with ground and stabilize. If it pitches nose up, counter with pitch down plus a little normal throttle forward

Stable hover range is around 70% to 80% on ChA. Balance should be pretty good when you're level with the ground. You can use normal throttle & yaw control to hover around.

Landing sequence.

1. Set ChA to 70% on approach. Use a bit of normal throttle if you need forward momentum.
2. When close to ground lower ChA by tiny increments. Pitching up will provide some reverse thrust plus a bit of lift so you can adjust your VSpeed.
3. Watch your VSpeed, do not exceed -1.5 m/s or plane will explode on touchdown...
