Diesel Electric Train

This is a pretty decent diesel electric train, it is not entirely finished but it works well and has a alot of features in place, I think.

Automatically toggles the on/off state of the combustion engine as well as the RPS to match the power requirement. Do note that the engine is weaker when the combustion engine is off, so it's a bit quirky like that.

It has a driver cabin on each end, whichever one last changed the throttle signal is the master.
