Easy = 50cc - For racers that are casual to win 1st Place all the time
Normal = 100cc - Generally for most racers that are good and neutral
Advanced = 150cc - For racers that get salty in last place to throw a Blue Shell at the leader for betrayal requirements.
Expert = 200cc - A difficulty speed for racers who want to 100% the entire game with Gold Trophies and 3 Stars.
(I actually 100%'d Mario Kart: Double Dash and didn't bother wanting to get perfect scores anyway.)
