Sometimes there is a bug with the Achievements. If you dont get them during the game, just close it and they will appear

Just go straight ahead, press E to open the Door :-)

Keep going straight, turn right. There will be another door at the end of the hallway. Go through. Now you will be at the beginning. Again go through the hallway but before you go through the door, read the newspaper on the left side on the dresser. Go throu the door.
And voilà you got the last achievement.
