Enterprise NCC-1701A

Description
The USS Enterprise NCC-1701-A.

This ship uses a custom bridge! (by me)

Ship's Saucer and Nacelle model by giacar25 (sketchfab.com). I modified the textures to match the Enterprise. Bridge dome was also modified to give a greater view of the space action.

Parts of the ship's bridge model was made by Dazinbane (renderhub.com). I used about 15% of his work. (computer consoles and seats.) All else was remade by me.

I might do the Enterprise D. I recently got a full-time job, so it will be awhile before I can start it. (I need to finish a video-editing hobby-project first.)

Glad you like it! I will be re-adjusting the status screens shortly. a prior update relocated them.

OK. Ken has fixed the laser issue, so you can enjoy the custom bridges now. He is still working on the status screen rotation, so I will readjust the screens, once he is complete.

Once everything is good, should I go ahead and delete the ships with the 'stock bridges'? Does anyone prefer a standard bridge over a custom bridge?

Thanks! It is not hard to put a ship into the workshop, but it takes effort to put tweaks and such in, to have it look really good. (or as good as I can make it).
I have paused on new ship work for the moment. My headset has issues after it warms up (I can get 15 minutes or so of use with it, before it has to cool again).
Also, I am waiting on Ken (the developer) to clear up some issues on importing the custom bridges. I really like making the custom bridges, but not when they cannot be properly imported.

Hopefully, all comes together at the same time!

I have not forgotten the Galactica. My son is off of school now, so I am his playmate. Not much time for Galactica at the moment. :(

OK. Working on Galactica now. I bought a 3D model to use, but it is way too detailed for use in the game. I found a very un-detailed model for free as well. Nothing in between. I will use the undetailed model, then add some details to it and see how it shapes up. Looks like it should be 1600 meters long. Is this correct?
