@Saturnine there is a config option to control whether or not the crafting menu opens when you open your inventory.

the guide's functionality isn't removed. its expanded. there's a material slot and a tile slot in the crafting menu where you can place materials or crafting stations to view relevant recipes

It's OK, for some reason it provides an option for its proprietary, tiny trash icon to close the entire inventory menu but no option for it to NOT come up every time you open your inventory unless you explicitly close out of it, like the vanilla crafting interface does (or at least is much easier to ignore).

If you have it override the default crafting interface, it removes the Guide's functionality completely, and only provides a fraction of that information on its own. May not be an issue for you, but it was for me, and I don't want my entire inventory screen taken up by crafting guis

It reminds me of the old legacy crafting interface that consoles had back in the day

hold left click on it and drag it around or right click i forgot

Is it possible to move the window-panel which shows the ingredients somewhere else?
Id like it to appear on the right corner instead of the left

Cant you just use the guide?

How to see materials

please let me see recipes i have the materials for but not enough to actually make and please add some sort of way to see how many of the item you have it gets really confusing when its paired with craft from container i know that isnt necessarily your fault but it would just be a huge quality of life feature imo
