I designed and played a lot of levels in the communities of Patrick Maydorn's "Wonderland" and Kevin Ryan's "Contraption Maker". (With a search engine you can easily find the games.)
In these forums it was custom to give feedback to every played level and to to thank the designer for the hard work. Guess the community of "Steam" lacks some tradition in this regard...
