playable ultra greed wip

This is WIP release. Mechanically the character is finished and is fully playable. Spriting for costumes and other stuff is going to take a really long time, and since I'm bogged down with other stuff as well, I don't know how much it is going to take, so I am posting spriteless version right now.

Character Summary:
Starts with 33 coins, but his stats depend on number of coins held. More coins = more stats. Be vary, having 0 coins going to instantly kill you. Getting hit removes some coins and drops some coins from your inventory on the ground.

Has coin tears by default, which is going to facilitate some passive coin gain. Also is more likely to find coin rocks. Starts with Member Card, Silver Dollar and Keeper's Bargain. Can't hold soul hearts, any soul hearts gained or picked up are gonna be transofrmed into coins.

His pocket active is a coin he can toss. It has 4 different types and values. The type and value changes every time you toss a coin or get hit. Tossing it costs 1 coin. Types are: Blank, Bomb, Key, and Heart. Values are: Penny, Nickel, Dime, and Golden. The higher the value, the more powerful and/or diverse the effect.
