I wanted to try your mods and I realize that Cthulu's eye has 3000 HP instead of 4600 in expert :/
With the difficulty changes enabled*
Gotta clarify so that you don't chase ghosts.
Anyway, happy new year, have fun fixing it, lol.
I'm pretty sure before trying to find the source of the issue I've also seen their damage fluctuate via cheat mod spawn menu, but didn't pay too much attention to it, it's probably also the reason why I was seeing some bosses deal 1 damage to me sometimes, thought it was because I was meme-ing with late-game equipment, but it probably was because their damage wasn't correct.
On journey mode it can be worked around by fiddling with the difficulty meter, it seems that if it is closer to 2.05, expert mode enemies have correct stats, master mode, however, seems to always have broken stats.
I've disabled all the mods trying to find what caused the issues first, came here after finding out that it was this mod, very easy to test in journey mode, classic worlds are affected too, however.
Master mode Eye of Cthulhu only has 3094 health with the mod and the difficulty changes enabled, while expert mode has 3640, same happens to other bosses as well.
What's even weirder is that it affects regular enemies as well and not only on the master difficulty, AND with the option DISABLED, I didn't look at all the mobs, but statue spawned zombies only have 90 health on expert, while they should have 296, but they correctly have 444 on master mode. (with the difficulty changes enabled on master mode they have 296 HP, same as expert should have, but expert mode can have either 296 or 90 hp)
@en_bell , The only real optimization mods are Nitrate and HighFPSSupport. Everything else you may find is likely to be slag. Nitrate may need configuration.
