This addon fixes too bright map spots by reducing bloom.

alright nvm yeah, it fixes that which is something i always despised and had me turn off hdr unless absolutely necessary like for l4d2 maps. this addons an actual life saver in that regard

does this change the game getting darker/lighter depending on where you look? if not, what does this tweak so i can figure out how to disable that aspect of hdr?
