I usually focus on min cycles, but your comment motivated me to try min cost aswell.
For cost you should try to focus on whats absolutly necessary to complete the puzzle, in this case its 1 arm + 4 track, 1 glyph of animismus, 1 bonder and 1 debonder (the glyph of disposal is convinient, but you could bond the mors and just built em up to infinity :P). You might ask how i got the impression 4 track is all thats needed - the glyph of animismus requires either 1 arm + 4 track (40g) or 1 piston and 2 track (60g) and the rest of the puzzle has enough acces points with a lenght 2 arm and those 4 tracks. I hope you learned something with this wall of text :)
