steveman0-to-Vanilla Freight Cart Conversion

Since the code for steveman0's Freight Carts mod has been officially implemented into the Adventures DLC, steveman0 has discontinued support for his mod. This mod adds recipes for converting the items added by steveman0's Freight Carts to their DLC equivalents, for those who don't want to just start over with a brand new world, and who want to stop using steveman0's Freight Carts without losing all their tracks and freight carts. You will unfortunately need to pick up all the items related to your freight system and convert them by hand, but that beats just losing them, right?

Please note that the vanilla freight carts incorporate collision detection and bi-directional flow, so you will need to rebuild your track systems with this in mind!
