DMK Worker Hub Upgrades

Description
Adds two new worker hubs:

Powered Worker Hub:
- This worker hub upgrade adds a small power range extension ( range 50 ). This is only an extension, not power generation.
- Available as cheap researchable E-00 technology ( 75 research point cost )


Heavy Worker Hub:
- This upgrade adds a second worker to the hub.
- Available with Advanced Factories tech.


If you'd rather the hubs were available at game start, use DMK Worker Hub Quickstart.

Or to console them in:

unlockbuilding building_drone_base_powered unlockbuilding building_drone_base_heavy

the power range is so short, it's practically useless. it should be the same range as the connection range, so that you can use worker hubs as cheap extension

Powered hub range is too short. It can't even support mine that is right next to it.

@Gitsum , I gave it a test and it seems ok. Were you aware that the quickstart version just unlocks the hubs from this mod ? I thought I'd marked a dependency.

This issue popped up when using the quick start version of this mod on a new game start (1.7.2).

I have other mods installed, but i'm pretty sure this broke with the new update, so can anyone replicate?
