Live and Think - Creature AI Enhancements

Description
A mod to add various extra capabilities to creature AI. Each feature can be toggled on/off in the Live and Think options category.

Current modules:
Disarm:
- When a sufficiently intelligent and mobile creature (enemy or companion) has an item removed via disarming or pulsed field magnets, they will attempt to grab and re-equip that item.
- If they can't re-equip the same item, they will search for a new one, in their inventory or in the surrounding area.

Equip:
- Enemies can go to and equip items. This isn't used outside of the Disarm module yet, but will eventually be used for opportunistic item equipping. Creatures might use an area's loot against you!

SmartUse:
- Enemies will estimate their firing cone when using ranged weapons to avoid hitting bystanders or allies, although they don't account for everything.
- Enemies with Quills will not use their Quills ability while adjacent to a vulnerable bystander or ally.
- Enemies in combat will no longer prioritise using non-healing tonics over anything and everything else.
- Enemies use grenades less indiscriminately, taking into account factors like blast radius and whether any bystanders within that radius are vulnerable to that type of grenade.
- Enemies use missile weapons, particularly those loaded with explosive ammo, less indiscriminately, taking into account factors like danger radius and whether any bystanders within that radius are vulnerable to that type of ammo.

Logic:
- Enemies will attack creatures they are hostile to which block the way to their current target.

@Tiareth pretty sure i don't mess with navigation weighting in this mod at all. i also don't really touch companions specifically either.

Could this be because of this mod? I'm currently playing a pretty unviable build, but with a pet and a lot of my runs ended because my companion didn't go straight to the target, but in an arc, giving the enemy the opportunity to get close to me and kill me.

i at least haven't noticed anything that makes me think it's broken, but i am a new player so i don't know what it was like before

although, i have yet to see a follower use any healing items
