Skeleton Bandit Faction

I wanted Skeleton Bandits to roam around. So I added a faction to do so. The 'skeleton bandit faction' currently in the game is just a bunch of greenlanders dressed as skeletons. But with this mod there is a whole new faction of Real Skeleton Bandits. They roam around in the Ashlands, Forbidden Isle, Sonorous Dark, Spider Plains, Stenn Desert, The Black Desert, and The Pits. They have camps in the Black Desert as that is where the skeleton city is and one of the only real places skeletons can hide from persecution.

These are high level skeletons that have stats slightly less than the skeleton legion. These are mid to late game enemies and should not be trifled with lightly.

They coexist with other skeletons and spider robots, as well as the humans that are disguised as skeleton bandits, mostly because they don't realise they are actually humans.

To these skeleton bandits blunt protection is way more important than any cut protection. As such they wear refitted hack stopper jackets and pants. These new jackets and pants now protect against blunt damage. Precisely named Blunt Stoppers now.

Just comment if there is a bug.
