Self Soothing - for clowns

Description
This mod adds the effect of Soothing Melodies to the honking clown too, and not just the crewmates.
It's clearly a cheat, but I find it useful in Single Player where you cant tell clowns to run around and use the horn.

This is one of the first mods I publish on steam for Barotrauma. Feedback and problem reports are welcomed!

does this work with the harlequin job or just assistant?
