Polytunnel (Using Sewage) (Factory)

Description
Set of Polytunnels for growing fruit and vegetables (Food). Also with crop version.
Utilises water and sewage as a fertiliser (also requires Chemicals to make sewage safe).

I think that "CONSUMPTION usagewater" is meanning "PRODUCTION water"(cleanly water), then water imports to "STORAGE_IMPORT RESOURCE_TRANSPORT_SEWAGE".
So, displace "$TYPE_FACTORY" to "$TYPE_SEWAGE_TREATMENT",
add "$PRODUCTION water 0.25"
"$OUTWATER_MAX_QUALITY 0.9"
"$STORAGE_EXPORT RESOURCE_TRANSPORT_SEWAGE 20";
displace last two "$CONNECTION_SEWAGE_INPUT" to OUTPUT.

When the sewage input tank fills up the prodution drops to 0% does anyone know why?

Wanted to ask how to make a 100% usage of building. have max workers, sawage is filling but building is running only at 10% ussage max on any type of building. Any tip how to fix ?

i see pollution gets down to 0% on my full input, so that would be clean water? but it still has the sewage icon. would be nice to speed up loading the sewage or have it produce water maybe even with an out pipe.
but i guess pipe wont output the import storage...
great idea but unfortunatly does only work till its full :(

game crashes once the building is completed being built. Ive tried all 3 buildings with the same result.
