Changes:

Will always kill the user even if the magnitude (damage) is changed
Variable for Radius instead of it being based off the magnitude
All damage done by the explosion, and the person being killed are credited to the traitor who purchased it
Reduced damage by 33% so it is not an instant Jihad, but still does good damage to nearby players
Cannot be shot by traitors, this is to stop the Jihad-like use of the weapon, and also to prevent T-Buddies from picking it up unknowingly causing RDM
Weapon is deleted after it is used (does not survive the explosion)

Icon was broken (for me at least) so I fixed the VTF to point to the correct location
Auto-adds this workshop item to the clients (can comment it out if you don't want it)
